Josh Partridge Josh Partridge was born 1942. Grew up on a farm near Cardigan, Wales. Studied painting at Bath Academy of art, Corsham and at the Slade School University College. Also studied woodblock printing in Kyoto Japan. Painted in the Australian Bush 1973-1974. Part-time teaching: London University Institute of Education. P.C.L and N.L.P Architecture Depts. Watercolour Workshop 1976-87 including courses in Tuscany. Exhibiting for the first time at The Stour Gallery in 2006, with a series of watercolour and gouache paintings from a series of work called the “Long Dean Series” began in 2003.
