responsibilities
Oversees the development and integration of computing needs and facilities for staff and students following PGCE, MA, INSET and short courses offered by the Art and Design department

Runs specialist art and design workshops for the MA Art & Design 'Teaching and Learning' and 'Dissertation' modules.

interests
Peter studied Fine Art Painting at Bath Academy of Art graduating with Honours before gaining a distinction for his Postgraduate Diploma in Printmaking from Brighton University.

He has worked in London print studios, editioning the work of professional artists and has taught printmaking and drawing part-time in Adult Education colleges.

Independent study and scholarship awards both in the USA and Europe have influenced the development of his creative work in photography and exposure to other media - papermaking and clay. He has exhibited in solo and group exhibitions internationally, with work representated in various collections.

Peter's contribution to the work of the department is broadly based in teaching, technical support and administrative duties with particular responsibility for the development and integration of computing facilities, resources and workshops.
