The Alberta College of Art and Design invites applications for a
number of sessional teaching positions in Media Arts & Digital
Technologies (MADT), beginning September 2003. These positions will
vary in length of contract from one year up to a maximum of five
years. In each case the length of the contract will depend on the
particular requirements of the program and the qualifications, and
experience of the candidates.
MADT is seeking applicants to deliver instruction at all levels
of the undergraduate degree (B.F.A), including technical and studio
courses.
The successful candidates will have a Masters degree or
equivalent, a strong research and exhibition record, a sound
knowledge of critical theories and methodologies, an understanding
of studio based art education, and teaching experience at a
post-secondary level.
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and
experience.
